Guangxi Beihai Heyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. It was established in June 2010 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company is located in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Tieshangang (Linhai) Industrial Zone, Beihai City, Guangxi. It is the Beihai Municipal Government The downstream deep processing supporting enterprise of Sinopec Beihai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., which attracts investment.
The company currently has 150,000 tons/year mixed aromatics (raffinate oil, condensate oil) separation equipment and 300,000 tons/year oil slurry treatment equipment, which were put into operation in July 2014 and July 2016 respectively. The supporting storage capacity is 87,000 cubic meters. All the company's production adopts DCS remote control, which has a high degree of automation. There are various safety detection and alarm devices on site, and the safety risk control is good. At the same time, the 200,000 tons/year liquefied gas comprehensive utilization project jointly built by the company and Beijing AVIC in the Tieshan Port (Linhai) Industrial Zone was also completed and put into production at the end of 2019. The company’s wholly-owned construction covers an area of 95 mu with 200,000 tons/year lubrication. The oil complex project is in the preparatory work such as land leveling.
